O-three is Born
Drawing on over thirty years of family manufacturing knowledge, O-three S.r.l. is formally established in Altivole, Treviso. The company inherits the Vendramini family's technical rigour and industrial ambition.
European Leadership
O-three grows into a European leader in ski boot production. The decade's defining achievement: the development and industrial application of a patented closure technology for snowboard boots, a technical innovation subsequently licensed by a major international client.
New Leadership
Luana Vendramini takes over as CEO, bringing a new generation of leadership to the company. Under her direction, O-three accelerates its international expansion, strengthens its private label offer, and consolidates production capacity in Albania.
